This page explains what happens with the information you give us when you book a TV mounting job.

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number and the job details you type into the booking form or text us.
• Photos of your wall or TV, if you send them.
• Basic website analytics (pages viewed, buttons tapped, device type) through Google Analytics 4.

What we use it for

• To text or call you back, confirm a time and do the job.
• To send you a receipt and, after the job, one request for a Google review.
• To see which parts of the site help people book, so we can improve it.

What we never do

• Sell, rent or share your number or photos with anyone outside the business.
• Add you to marketing lists or send you promotions.

How long we keep it

Job details and receipts are kept for 7 years for tax purposes. Photos you send are deleted after the job unless you ask us to keep them for a warranty claim.

Your choices

Text or call 782-446-6322, or email [email protected], to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
