Terms of service, in plain English
Short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, text us before you book.
Booking
You can book by the online form, text, WhatsApp or phone. A booking is confirmed when you receive a text from us with a date and a 2-hour arrival window. No deposit is taken.
Prices
All prices on this site are in Canadian dollars before HST. The price shown by the calculator or quoted by text is the price you pay, with one exception: a hidden condition we could not know about, such as no studs where the TV needs to go, rotten framing, or a wall that turns out to be concrete behind the drywall. In that case we stop, explain the options and the price difference, and you decide. If you decline, there is no charge.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is finished and you have inspected it. We take cash, Interac e-Transfer, debit and credit cards. A receipt is sent by text or email.
Cancelling or rescheduling
Free, any time before we arrive. Please text as early as you can so the slot can go to someone else. If nobody is home at the booked time and we cannot reach you, we may ask for a $40 call-out fee to rebook.
What we need from you
- The TV on site, in or out of the box, and the mount if you are supplying one.
- A clear wall and about a metre of floor space in front of it.
- An adult at home for the visit.
- For condos: any elevator booking or building access your management requires.
What we will not do
Run power cords inside walls or install new electrical outlets (we use code-compliant recessed power kits instead), mount outdoors, mount TVs over 100 lb without a photo check first, or install a mount that is not rated for your TV.
If something goes wrong
If we damage your property, we repair it or pay for the repair. Our installation work is covered by the No-Fall Guarantee and 1-year workmanship warranty. Faults in the TV or the mount hardware are covered by their manufacturers.
Discount codes
One code per booking, applied to online bookings made through this site. Codes cannot be combined with the second-TV discount.
Photos
We may ask to photograph the finished wall for our website or social media. Only with your OK, and never with people or personal items in frame.
