What walls are common in Sackville homes?
Bungalows and split-entries, 1970s to 1990s. Drywall over wood studs at 16 inches: standard $99 to $179 price, 45 to 60 minutes. The living rooms are compact, so the TV height and the distance from the sofa get a quick check before we drill; a 55 or 65 inch TV at seated eye level is the usual outcome. Cables go behind the furniture in a paintable channel for $49 or inside the wall for $119, see the hide TV wires in Halifax guide.
Mini-homes in Beaver Bank and Sackville. Thinner wall panels and lighter framing than a site-built house, so we confirm the stud size and spacing with a pilot hole and choose a mount whose wall plate spans two studs; the weight is carried by the framing, never by the panel. Standard price. If a wall cannot carry the TV safely we tell you and suggest another one.
Townhouses, walk-ups and fireplaces. Millwood townhouses and the Sackville Drive apartments are drywall on wood studs, with the odd metal-stud party wall that takes snap toggles, +$59. Renters get the surface mount plus channel setup and $49 removal and patching at move-out, see rentals and condos. Gas fireplaces in the 1990s and 2000s builds get the heat check and a tilt mount, +$69.
How soon can you come to Sackville?
Same day most days when you book before noon, evenings until 10pm every day of the week. Lower and Middle Sackville are 20 to 25 minutes from our base in Hammonds Plains by the Hammonds Plains Road and Beaver Bank Road; Upper Sackville and Beaver Bank about the same. A drywall job takes 45 to 60 minutes; in-wall wiring or a fireplace 1.5 to 2 hours. 2-hour arrival window, a text when we are on the way, and $20 off if we miss the window.
Do you charge a travel fee to Sackville?
No. Lower, Middle and Upper Sackville, Beaver Bank and Windsor Junction are all Halifax Regional Municipality, and every HRM address is one flat price with no travel charge. Also serving Bedford and Fall River next door. Text or WhatsApp the address to 782-446-6322 if you want it confirmed.

Questions from Sackville customers
Can you mount a TV in a mini-home in Beaver Bank?
Yes, at the standard price. We check the framing with a stud finder and a pilot hole, use a mount whose plate spans two studs, and never hang the weight on the wall panel alone. If the wall will not carry the TV safely, we say so rather than drill.
I rent in a Sackville Drive apartment. Will the landlord object?
Usually not to a surface mount on studs with the wires in a paintable channel, which is the rental setup we recommend. At move-out we remove the mount and patch and prime the holes for $49. Get the landlord's okay in writing first; we do not drill without it.
Do you charge more for Middle or Upper Sackville than Lower Sackville?
No. One flat price across HRM, no travel fee, no difference between the three.
Can you do the living room and the basement TV in one visit?
Yes, and the second TV on the same visit is 15% off. Tell us both TV sizes and walls when you book so we set aside the time.
